The person will support Zurich area ( between Bern , Lucerne, Zurich ).The chosen person will be working remotly , office presence in Lausanne is required depending on situation trainnings, meetings etc. For the role fluent german and english is required.
What you’ll do:
To act as a Field Service Engineer (FSE) within EMEA, mainly working on EVCI projects in a field. To provide a first-class on-site service to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and loyalty. Responsible for providing field service for customers in the areas of hardware/software installation, startup, maintenance, de-bug and training of EVCI systems. The FSE may be request to work on energy storage solutions as the market evolves.
• Provide on-site hardware/software installation and software configuration of charging station infrastructure
• Work with tech support team for on-site support, installation, start-up, maintenance, de-bugging, configuration, commissioning and training.
• Works with and provides troubleshooting and technical support for customer.
• Technical support to other engineers. problem-solving the technical issues on site.
• Demonstrate safety consciousness in equipment handling, electrical and electronic procedures, and the unique situations encountered at diverse work sites.
• Provide timely, detailed, and accurate site reports on service work performed, product performance, and warranty liabilities to company expense and time allocation.
• Work with the lead engineer and manager for training, coaching and team building.
• Provide customers with basic technical support and on-site information.
Qualifications:
Computer science, electrical/automation technician background, suitable education
3 to 5+ years, 2 + years experience in the field
Skills:
Electrical installation or maintenance experience.
Fluent German and English is required
Problem-solving skills
Communication skills / Customer Focus / Flexibility / Be able to work together with different cultures / Able to follow instructions
