Eaton Corporation Technical Program Manager in Woodridge, Illinois

Eaton’s Electrical division is currently seeking a Technical Program Manager.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $80,250 - $117,700 a year.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and manage cyber cloud security programs and initiatives aligning with the project security strategy.

  • Lead the implementation of cloud security solutions, including identity and access management, data encryption, etc.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.

  • Manage project budgets and timelines.

  • Track and report on program progress and metrics.

  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with cloud security.

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest cyber threats and trends

Basic (Required) Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university

  • Three (3) years of experience in program management following stage gate process, with a strong understanding of the waterfall and agile methodologies.

  • No relocation is being offered for this role. All candidates considered must live within 50 miles of the Woodridge, IL location. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science, information security, or a related field.

  • Five (5) Years of experience in program management following stage gate process, with a strong understanding of the waterfall and agile methodologies.

  • PMP certification.

  • Product development management experience of electronics products with embedded firmware / software.

  • Experience with Electronics manufacturing process.

Skills:

  • Demonstrated communication skills, verbal and written.

  • IP product development management experience.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
