Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Control Box Builder - 1st shift (Part-Time) to join our team on Lincoln Ave. in Waukesha, WI!
The hourly rate for this position is $22.30 per hour. This is a part-time role that will work a max of 19 hours per week from 5 am - 11 am, Monday, Thursday, and Friday. Some flexibility may be possible .

What you’ll do:
The control panel wire employee will be trained in reading blueprints to perform custom assembly and wiring of electrical components according to their design and drawings.
In this function, you will:
- Monitor the mechanical process and transmit signals or information to automatically control the machine or the system on site.
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
High school or GED (General Education Degree) from an accredited institution is required
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future
No relocation is being offered for this role. All candidates considered must live within 50 miles of the Waukesha, WI facility. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Previous electrical assembly or wiring experience
Skills:
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to work overtime when required.
