Eaton Corporation Associate Product Manager in Vantaa, Finland
What you’ll do:
The Associate Product Manager supports product managers during product lifecycle of UPS Devices, covering the whole EMEA region.
This person conducts research, collecting and analyzing competitor/market/customer data & presenting findings and recommendations to the team. Creates training documents for internal and external users. Participates in events and trains employees/customers/partners.
Main responsibilities:
Collecting and analyzing Competitor information to identify strengths & weaknesses.
Conduct research and analyze business / market intelligence & field feedback to identify, quantify and prioritize trends, customer needs and market gaps.
Presenting analysis findings and recommendations to team to support in e.g. product strategy definition.
Supports the Product Managers in creation of marketing / technical materials.
Supports the Product Managers in New Product Introduction by leading a specific activity/subproject/project.
Supports and participates various customer events by demonstrating/presenting products & offering.
Training Eaton employees, customers, partners on products, technologies, features, market.
Qualifications:
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science and/or Business, or equivalent knowledge.
Skills:
Basic knowledge of UPS and/or power electronics needed
Autocad experience is a plus
Proactiveness, appetite to learn, good communication and collaboration skills
