What you’ll do:
New product industrialization include process design, development and validation to ensure high quality, efficiency manufacturing.
Manufacturing roadmap development and excution to support business growth.
Existing process,layout continuous improvement for better safety, quality and efficiency with lean manufacturing tools.
Key manufacuring process (welding, stamping...) knowledge and capability enhancement and retention to support high quality performance.
I4.0 and digital tools deployment through full VSM to support plant performance improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree major of Electrical/Automation/Mechanical in university
More than 5 years experience of manufactring
Industrialization, NPI, I4.0, lean manufacturing experience and knowledge
Good team working spirit, English speak and write skill
