What you’ll do:
• Be responsible for working on finance projects to improve analysis and reporting efficiencies.
• Work closely with finance and operation teams to conduct thorough financial analysis.
• Provide solutions for finance data visualization and insights to monitor daily performance.
• Develop all kinds of BI reports for operation and provide support in report integration with diverse systems.
• Maintain and optimize BI reporting strategy per business requirements.
• Assist plant controller in finance transformation.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer, Finance, Economics required.
5+ years work experience, at least 2+ years experience in in data analysis.
Hands-on capability of Power BI is a must, knowledge of finance and ERP system, SAP is preferred
Good understanding to business process of manufacturing.
Self-motivated, flexible and results oriented
Problem solving skills
Passionate for sharing and learning.
Proficient in both verbal and written English
