Eaton Corporation Senior Analyst in Pune, India
Job Summary:
Preparation and submission of monthly forecasts and results. Detailed data analysis skills. Hands on experience on variance analysis and liasioning with various teams and leads for getting the required data.
What you’ll do:
Day to Day Activities:
Financial Analysis & Reporting for the GFSS :
Preparation of monthly financial results and forecast commentary package ·
Support in monthly forecast process ·
Support in preparation of annual profit plan and strategic plan initiatives ·
Analyze Operational metrics for monthly results and forecast.
Provide Monthly Man to Bill report with detailed analysis ·
Responsible for publishing MTP with all service leaders ·
Prepare meaningful variance analysis and communicate results ·
Preparation of on-going monthly and periodic financial reports ·
Monthly BSRs , process customer & supplier invoices ·
Support and propose various initiatives to reduce complexity, standardize and improve efficiency of financial processes ·
Promotion of good financial stewardship by helping control costs, driving forecast accuracy, driving balance sheet integrity and ensuring proper controls are in place ·
Coordinate, interpret and respond to ad hoc financial requests within the region ·
Perform additional analyses as assigned.
Participate in business process improvement projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Education level required - Accounting Degree, MBA-Finance or B.com. (Accounting) with required experience
Skills:
Years and area of experience require - 6 years onwards of experience in RTR
Technical knowledge - SAP & Oracle Knowledge preferred
