Eaton Corporation Manager- WIT Delivery CoE in Pune, India

What you’ll do:

What you’ll do:

• Facilitate execution of the Global Workforce Insights Team’s (WIT’s) strategic priorities partnering with stakeholders across HR function and WIT enterprise leadership.

• Prioritize intake of projects with stakeholders in collaboration with WIT leadership and maintain a sound business case for the project portfolio.

• Prioritize and execute enterprise reporting projects by mentoring and growing the pool of skilled talent conversant with variety of tools and platforms.

• The leader will be responsible for meeting the schedule and scope for all the workforce insights projects under her/his control.

• Enhance capability in data engineering and visualization capabilities through automation and effectively leveraging visualization tools eg. PowerBI.

• Continue to drive efficiencies by refining service delivery model & reporting strategy by leveraging synergies with HR technology team.

• Manage the new tools/ approaches to effectively deliver analytics projects eg. ILM (Internal labor market), turnover modeling, scenario planning/projections, text analytics, ONA etc. to enhance advanced analytics capability.

• Manage execution of strategic workforce planning engagements to support talent strategies.

• Manage the capacity utilization of team and software licenses and communicate proactively in Workforce Insights team leadership Reviews.

• Ensures appropriate delegation of project requests through coaching and empowerment and build team capabilities.

• Coach team and drive accountability of deliverables; engage team members with challenging /stretch responsibilities.

• Build a CI mindset and culture within team.

• Take responsibility for hiring and performance development for the team.

• Functions as central point of contact for WIT delivery projects with stakeholders and liaison with various senior roles in the organization to deliver on identified advanced analytics requests.

• Lead proof of concept development for exploring new tool/ approach to address business issues and strengthen research capability within team.

• Contribute towards developing solutions for meeting customer requirements by leveraging WIT technology stack.

• Continue to drive analytics self-service partnering with stakeholders across HR function.

• Drive HR capability building for data driven decision making for APAC.

• Be functional manager to delivery resources across in US and direct manager for all team members in India.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics or other related field

• Minimum 10-12 years of analytics experience with 5 years of experience in leading teams
