Eaton Corporation Lead Analyst - Master Data Management in Pune, India
What you’ll do:
The Lead MDM Analyst is responsible for analyzing, improving, and implementing master data business processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business operations, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. The Lead MDM Analyst will also be responsible for documenting and governing key master data business processes so that Eaton's master data assets are highly trusted and accurate.
• Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of new processes.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of new processes.
• Communicate process changes and updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Continuously assess and improve business processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Business Process Documentation & Analysis
• Drive MDM initiatives across the business unit
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Experience- 6-10 years
Skills:
Customer MDM Solutions, Data Governance , CRMs, ERPs, Case Management, Field Service, BPM tools (e.g. Signavio), Agile framework/JIRA
• Strong understanding of business operations and processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma- Good to have
