Eaton Corporation Manager-Service Sales in New Delhi, India

What you’ll do:

Achieving monthly/yearly Sales and collection Targets for assigned region

"1. Must meet the monthly order booking, Billing & Collection target as per the Budget assigned.

  1. Should be well Equipped with Prospect, order Booking, Billing & Collection Management.

  2. Work on all AR & reduce the Outstanding Month after month & bring down the DSO.

  3. Must be technically competent to support field queries on service sales requirement on battery sizing, monitoring solutions.

  4. Prepare the Annual Business plan based on Install Base & Available opportunity.

  5. Maintain all records of the Quotes submitted & track for order closure.

  6. Ensure all the AMC Contracts are renewed in time with proper tracking mechanism

  7. Work on getting required GP in all order with a clear agreement meeting all statutory requirements.

  8. Handle Service tenders for AMC, Battery & spares.

  9. Meet 3-4 ASP /Customer per day to ensure prospect generation.

  10. Monthly /Quarterly Service Audit at ASP location to ensure no leakage in business.

  11. Plan and ensure that our contractual commitments are met in the region for customer installations and after sales service.

  12. Maintain high customer satisfaction for the assigned product line and customers in the region.

  13. Extensive travel across the region assigned to keep the customer relationship.Travelling 25% to 40% of time

  14. Keep a record of all the ASP, customer list with the Hierarchy mapped 17. Business Analytics : To have strong market intelligence and analyses them to decide on future actions in the territory 18. Key Account Management : Strong relationship management skills and proven track record of being trusted advisor to customer"

Qualifications:

B.E. in Electrical & Electronics

8-10 yrs Skills:

Negotiations Skills, Gets Results, Aggressive approach
