Eaton Corporation Rebate Program Manager in Moon Township, Pennsylvania

Eaton Corporation's Electrical Headquarters, located in Moon Township, PA has an opening for a Rebate Program Manager in the Commercial Finance organization. Relocation assistance will be provided for candidates outside of a 50-mile radius of this location. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented manager to oversee the processing and validation of rebate claims submitted by customers. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with rebate program guidelines, ultimately contributing to customer satisfaction and business success.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $105,000.03 - $154,000.04 a year.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead a team of 10-15 employees responsible for managing rebate claim requests submitted by external customers.

  • Oversee rebate programs and incentives. Collaborate with sales teams, channel partners, and customers to shape purchasing behavior and influence market share. Ensure accurate calculation of rebates and timely payments.

  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure accurate and timely processing of rebate claims in compliance the industry standards and company policies.

  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.

  • Implement and maintain rebate management systems and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and training to team members to foster a high-performance culture and professional development.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and industry associations to stay informed about market dynamics and best practices.

  • Implement effective financial controls related to pricing and rebates. This includes accurate accrual calculations, eliminating incentive overpayments, and maintaining profitability goals.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Marketing, and Sales. Align sales forecasts with production planning, maintain customer scorecards, and facilitate improvement plans.

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in rebate management, pricing analysis, or finance analysis

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field

  • Previous experience within the electrical manufacturing industry.

Position Criteria:

  • Leadership abilities with a track record of managing teams and driving results.

  • Strong understanding of electrical products and industry dynamics.

  • Proficiency in rebate management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and influence stakeholders.

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to rebate management in the electrical manufacturing industry
