We are recruiting a Senior Operational Procurement Buyer based in Tczew, Poland.

What you’ll do:

Join our dynamic eMobility Division in Tczew (Poland) and be a key player in revolutionizing the automotive industry with innovative energy converters. As a Senior Procurement Buyer, you will:

• Drive supplier performance and cost-saving initiatives

• Anticipate and address material shortages proactively

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production

• Secure alternative supply sources and ensure operational efficiency

• Contribute to strategy development and category expertise

• Promote an automotive mindset across the organization

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Logistics, or Operations Management

• 5 years of manufacturing and/or procurement experience

Skills:

• Passion for procurement in the automotive industry

• Proficient in contract management systems and ERP tools

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
