Eaton Corporation Post Order Support Manager in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin

Eaton’s ES AMER PCS ICD division is currently seeking a Post Order Support Manager. This is a remote role, based out of our Menomonee Falls, WI location.

The Division Post Order Support Manager will be a key member of Industrial Control Division’s commercial team responsible for division responsiveness and Customer service excellence for a $348M Division. This role is responsible for development and execution of post order communication plans, communication of production recovery plan, and customer service responsiveness. This role is essentially an functional expert in the role of customer service, commercial planning and execution. The successful individual will work well with others, using their abilities to influence others and build consensus to gain adoption of ideas and programs. This individual will be analytical and make correct data-driven decisions. They can see the big picture and create a detailed plan to make that vision come to life. They will want to work hard and have fun at work every day as part of a winning team.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $105000.03 - $154000.04 a year.

What you’ll do:

  • Improve and deploy customer service process that increase responsiveness of customer and sales communication and increase stock fill rate, On time shipping performance, Information fill rates, and advanced warning of ship delay, for the Frontera and Haina plants.

  • Develop and deploy a rigorous cadence of reviews with field sales, EatonCare, and key strategic customers, to communicate ICD performance and recovery status to build confidence in ICD’s performance.

  • Develop and deploy scorecards for the plant using Standard tools,(Mosaic, Excel, PowerBI) to monitor plant recovery efforts, and report them out to ICD leadership, customer and Sales Organization

  • Establish calls with key sales leaders to understand area for improvement in communication.

  • Work with the plants to document and improve key processes for creating and communicating ship dates, drawing dates, and reschedules, in conjunction with the CI team at the plant, to improve On Time Performance, Information Fill Rate, and Advanced Warning of Ship Delay.

  • Collaborate with product line managers, as relevant, in creating reporting tools and metrics for plant performance to support product line growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution

  • 5+ years’ experience in Sales and Marketing

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related area

  • Experience with Eaton tools such as Bidmanager, Vista, Order center

  • Experience in the industrial control market

  • Bi-lingual ability is a plus

  • Ability to lead without authority

Position Criteria:

  • Able to see inflection points and provide recommended action plans

  • Excellent verbal, oral and written communication skills for technical and non-technical matters

  • Excellent knowledge of how to use PowerBI, SharePoint and Excel to develop score cards and reports

  • Ability to drive for results using influence, not authority

  • Ability to work independently, effectively prioritizing work while consistently meeting deadlines and commitments

  • Extensive customer facing experience and strong commercial savviness in dealing with all levels of an organization

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of time, including to Mexico and the Dominican Republic
