For our team in Le Lieu, we are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Analyst (m/f/d) with the following primary functions:

  • The primary function of the Marketing Specialist is to grow the Heinemann business by supporting promotion of products and solutions by developing a comprehensive set of sales enablement tools (including promotion in social medias) to support and grow revenues generated through Country Sales Organizationand Eaton’s authorized channel partners.

  • The candidate will work alongside field sales, engineering and product management to understand requirements in order to create, support, and implement the value propositions to generate demand for Heinemann business.

  • This individual will identify and disseminate best practices, develop and administer products promotions, and lead problem resolution efforts that balance customer needs with Marcom’s expectations.

  • This position will require coordination and follow-up with design teams located remotely.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop comprehensive marketing communication concepts, tactics, campaigns, and tools to support the company's short- and long-term growth objectives, ensuring a strong return on investment through measurement and closed-loop execution.

  • Development and execution of various tactics and tools for reaching the target market, including collaterals, presentations, trade shows, seminars, newsletters, and digital tools.

  • Drive the development and utilization of digital marketing tools and social media channels, leveraging digital analytics to drive strategic decisions and optimize performance.

  • Oversee vendor relationships and ensure proper activation of marketing initiatives.

  • Ensure that all country sales channels and authorized channel partners have the necessary tools, content, and customer insights to effectively present and sell our products and solutions, with a focus on driving business impact and delivering customer value.

  • Manage marketing communication assets, ensuring that up-to-date products and marketing information is disseminated to relevant business units and partners to maximize sales.

  • Establish, manage, and analyze program metrics and budgets across all marketing tactics and vendors, measuring and analyzing results in alignment with key performance indicators agreed upon with the sales teams.

  • This role requires a dynamic professional with hands-on operational expertise, combining strategic thinking with effective execution to drive our organizational success.

  • Collect, analyze, leverage and share market intelligence information for global Heinemann business (Hydraulic-Magnetic circuit breakers and solutions).

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience as a product marketing analyst

  • Experience relevant to digital and analytical marketing

Skills:

  • Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Creative tools, web content management, PowerPoint. Solid digital background and a proven track record of achievements, demonstrating a strong understanding of digital key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.

  • Good understanding and use of digital promotion channels (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Youtube).

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven track record in Marketing Communications excellence.

  • Demonstrated history of effectively managing operational tasks from initiation to completion.

  • Ability to balance multiple tasks and competently manage conflicting priorities and projects with minimal supervision, even in situations with limited clarity.

  • Results driven person with strong project management skills - planning, coordinating, and executing tasks with meticulous attention to detail within a globally dispersed, multi-functional team.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Minimum capability to understand technical products and applications.

  • Fluent in English, with strong written and spoken language skills (fluency in multiple languages is a plus, but not a requirement).
