What you will do?

Essential functions:

• Interpreting and analysing customer requests for quotations.

• Develops technical scope of non- standard quotations and its value quantification.

• Applying the ELEM ( Equipment Life Time Extension & Modernization) solutions portfolio.

• Closely coordinates scope definition with internal team for engineer to order and larger/complex special projects.

• Commercial Project Management for larger/complex Projects,

• Ensures feasibility of technical solutions, delivery time and cost structure of proposals.

• Is involved in troubleshooting of Customer Service issues.

• Makes sure to hand over clean order to the designated team involves in further processing of the order.

• Understands the competition offerings.

• Meets or exceeds customers expectations.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Electrical Engineering combined with sales knowledge.

• 3-5 years of work experience in electrical engineering sales or technical support role.

• Technical knowledge of Low and Medium Voltage systems

• Strong technical commercial skills.

• Application knowledge of the PDD Service Portfolio and understanding of distribution networks.

• Understands engineering and manufacturing process and equipment cycle time.

• Strong organizational, presentation, communication and time management skills, results driven.

• Ability to work within an international, culturally diverse and matrix based organisation.

• Capable of working independently as well as within a team.

• Strong language capability Dutch and, English and German.

• Eaton leadership competences being passionate, accountable, efficient, transparent, ethical and a learner.
