What you’ll do:

EIIC operates through its two state-of-the-art campuses located at Kharadi and Magarpatta City in Pune. EIIC is focused on augmenting Eaton’s vision of “improving the quality of life and environment through the use of power management technologies and services”.

EIIC is establishing state of the art integrated Test Lab at Magarpatta Campus to effectively leverage virtual and physical prototyping & testing capabilities while driving organic growth. Phase I of integrated Test lab is already operational and this position & phase II is expected to be operational in 2018.

The Engineering Manager - Test Lab (Electrical) is responsible for driving the overall safety, performance, day-to-day operations and deployment of test Lab strategic goals. The primary function of this role is to establish common lab processes, best practices, and expertise to drive cultural excellence in each technical area.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electro-Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution

• 12-18 years of relevant experience in industry (manufacturing, engineering, test environment, etc.)

Skills:

• Must be results-oriented and highly adaptable

• Ability to achieve results in a matrix environment

• Ability to influence outside of a direct reporting relationship

• Ability to balance between delegation and a hands-on approach with critical assignments

• Supportive team player in a corporate environment

• Familiarity with ISO/QS/AS/OSHA standards & certification

• Experience in testing of Electrical (Power Distribution & Circuit Protection) components and systems in a lab environment

• Advanced degree in Engineering

• Project management skills
