What you’ll do:

Leadership:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align DevOps practices with business objectives.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the DevOps team and across the organization.

• Infrastructure Management:

• Design, implement, and manage cloud-based infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or GCP) to support the company's services and applications.

• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation. Implement and manage containerization and orchestration solutions (Docker, Kubernetes) for scalable deployments.

Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD):

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes.

• Implement monitoring and logging solutions to ensure visibility into the CI/CD pipeline and application performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 5 to 8 Years of industry experience working as Software Engineer.

• 3+ years of experience in a DevOps role

• 3+ years of experience in a DevOps role, with proven experience in driving things independently

Skills:

• Microsoft Certified DevOps Engineer a plus

• Azure Devops work experience is must have.

• Strong expertise in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).

• Proficiency in containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and related tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD, etc.).

• Deep understanding of networking, security, and compliance best practices.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
