What you’ll do:

• Maintain and continuously improve the QMS documentation (quality manual, procedures, instructions, forms) to meet Eaton Quality System requirements and external Quality Management System standards

• Plan and arrange internal system audits, third party audits, division Fresh Eye audits

• Support customer audits (system related subjects)

• Provide quality system training to new employees and refresher training in Gyor (in case of system changes)

• Maintain documents and information on the Company quality network drive

• Follow up and report to plant management team audit non-conformities and improvement opportunities, monitor status of corrective and preventive actions

• Monitor and report QMS related metrics (no. of audits, NCs, open and closed actions, response time, action closure time)

• Keep Document Roadmap System up-to-date (handle valid, obsolete documents)

• Arrange external QMS trainings

• Keep contact with third party certification bodies

• Update the local QMS based on divisional changes

• Mentoring and improving the new internal auditors and process owners

Qualifications:

• University or college degree Quality or Technical

• 3-5 years of experience in quality

• Experience in quality management system (QMS) is must

• 1-2 years of people management experience

Skills:

• Knowledge and experience of ISO 9001, IATF16949 standard requirements and operation of QMS in mass production environment

• Internal auditor certificate and experience of IATF16949

• Good written and verbal English skills

• Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
