Eaton Corporation Facilities Team Lead in Greenwood, South Carolina

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Facilities Team Lead.

The hourly rate for this position is $24.15 per hour.

What you’ll do:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:

The primary function of this role is to lead facilities maintenance, primarily focusing on site upkeep and improvement.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Perform a variety of maintenance/repair activities including painting, drywall, parking lot, sidewalks, plumbing repairs, lighting, flooring and roof.

• Conduct routine office maintenance including mounting TVs, whiteboards, workstations and assembling office furniture.

• Read facility layouts and construction drawings and interact with ATS or outside contractors, upkeep and make improvements to the site’s building and grounds.

Qualifications:

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.

• At least 2 years of facility maintenance experience.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

• Advanced tool knowledge and basic construction knowledge

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 1 year of leadership experience managing people or project teams.

POSITION CRITERIA:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills and analytical problem-solving skills.

• Work with individuals and groups to effectively participate within team environment.
