This exciting role offers opportunity to:
What you’ll do:
Mainly focus on FP&A, Costing and Reporting; Process and CI activities engagement from Finance viewpoint; Support on compliance and internal/external audit;
A. Check and review the budget and actual expenses by cost centers.
B. CAPEX projects monitoring and CAR review.
C. Cost out project validation and workshop CI activities engagement.
D. Weekly pulse call reports and other financial data requirements from peers, managers, and divisions.
E. Monthly closing, make sure the accuracy and timeliness of monthly closing, and prepare clear monthly performance bridge reports, including P&L, CONC, Efficiency and manufacturing profit walk.
F. Update the financial data in different Financial ERPs timely.
G. Monthly, Forecast, and annual budget report preparing and related process optimization.
H. Inventory cycle count – annually, quarterly, and monthly cycle count.
I. BSR – inventory parts preparing and relationship with Eaton FSSC.
J. Data and report visualization through digital tools (Power BI, Power automate, etc).
K. Compliance, both for financial and non-financial areas.
L. Internal and external audit.
M. Any ad-hoc reports and assignments.
Qualifications:
A. Bachelor’s degree in financial accounting.
B. More than 3 years of experience in cost accounting or financial analysis in manufacturing companies.
Skills:
C. Familiar with financial and tax related laws and regulations.
D. Proficient in SAP, Power BI, and Excel.
E. Good English, with basic listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
F. Good communication, coordination, analysis and learning ability.
