What you’ll do:
根据服务派工单，项目现场指导用户进行安装、调试直至送电，及时有效处理客户提出的需求确保客户满意。
Job Responsibilities
1、 负责处理用户/销售/PM等来电、来函、来访中所提到的有关我公司产品技术/质量上的问题，并跟踪协调解决，
同时将处理结果反馈给相关部门。

2、根据服务派工单要求，在项目现场配合用户做好安装、调试、投运和产品使用培训的服务工作，完成现场工作相关表单的填写，离开现场之前需要让用户签字确认，并汇报给主管。

6、熟悉公司产品及其性能，熟悉公司成品出厂检验流程及测试项目;可独立出差指导产品的现场安装与调试,参与现场的勘察与测量以及客户的拜访、回访；分析并处理现场质量问题；理解并参与现场二次调试、信号对点，保护功能验证等项目；

Qualifications:
Education level required 大专及以上学历, 电气及相关专业College degree or above, majoring in electrical and related fields.
Years and area of experience required "有5年左右电气类产品的制造、检验或维修经验,能看懂电气图纸.
About 5 years of experience in manufacturing, inspection or maintenance of electrical products, able to read and understand electrical drawings."
Skills:
Technical knowledge "有英语读写能力，至少能看英文产品说明书；
沟通能力强，应变力强，能灵活解决实际问题；
能吃苦耐劳，经常出差。
Ability to read and write English, at least able to read English product manuals;
Strong communication skills, resilience and flexibility to solve practical problems;
