What you’ll do:

The Project Execution Team execute a portfolio of projects, interacting and coordinating multiple stakeholders (internal & external) to deliver customer projects.

As Project Support Associate you will work internally with our Project Team and other stakeholders, while externally with suppliers and customers. Further responsibilities include supporting:

Design and Bid:

  • Charter preparation and support during quoting stage of a project until the hand-over to execution team.

  • Technical support for bid design: request for quotation from internal/external suppliers.

  • Ensuring data quality using Eaton tools (dashboards, trackers, etc.)

Project execution:

  • Support Project Management teams by maintaining project charter data (sync with local ERP).

  • Various project report generation and revenue forecast calculation.

  • Provide weekly visibility of tasks status, projects risk and opportunities and team utilization.

Other tasks:

  • Project documentation and traceability support: processing technical information (drawings & test results), financial documents (invoices & payments) and other documents (certifications & audit reports)

  • Backoffice support for live projects (e.g. inputting data into customer systems, checking against objectives.

  • Responsible for recording accurately the productive hours for project execution team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (in a technical/engineering field is an advantage) from an accredited institution or final year university student.

  • Any relevant experience in project execution or project support.

  • Proficient computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office products (PowerBI highly desirable).

  • Ability to quickly learn new IT systems (e.g. ERPs) and platforms. SAP knowledge is an advantage.

  • Capable to learn and understand basic electrical power systems and Eaton products.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Can do attitude and interest in learning and growing, taking on new challenges.

  • Right to work and freely travel in EU.
