What you’ll do:
The Project Execution Team execute a portfolio of projects, interacting and coordinating multiple stakeholders (internal & external) to deliver customer projects. As Document Controller you will support the overall team actions and goals by handling documentation design, request for information, reporting and maintaining various project execution related technical documentation. You will work with various level of stakeholders across EMEA. Further responsibilities
Design documentation: liaise with Client / Contractor / Subcontractor Preparing and Maintaining all Tech Sub Register
Checks compliance and quality of documents
Reports on the progress and troubleshoot inconsistencies
Request for Information (RFI), Operations and Maintenance (Q&M), Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) documents management
Maintain Master Doc Control Register to reflect new projects data
Support continues improvement actions
Chase and align with Internal- and Extrenal Stakeholders for information
Upload Weekly Progress Report for several projects
Provide guidance for Project Management with Documentation related questions
Back up general Documention activities in Documentation Manager absences
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (in a technical/engineering field is an advantage) from an accredited institution or final year university student.
Any relevant experience in project execution or project support.
Proficient computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office products (PowerBI highly desirable).
Ability to quickly learn new IT systems (e.g. ERPs) and platforms.
SAP knowledge is an advantage.
Capable to learn and understand the basic electrical power systems and Eaton products.
Experience with BIM360, CDE or Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) are desirable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Can do attitude and interest in learning and growing, taking on new challenges.
Right to work and freely travel in EU.
