Eaton’s IS AER ITD Aerospace division is currently seeking a SAP Business Process Specialist - Req to Check.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $105000.03 - $154000.04 a year.

What you’ll do:

Functions as the Aerospace Supplier Management Subject Matter Expert for the design and deployment of the new ERP system across all Eaton Aerospace sites/locations. This role will also be responsible for Training Development.

Position works within the ERP Project Requisition-to-Check function and collaborates closely with IT and business counterparts as the new ERP system is designed and deployed at each site. This position focuses more on the system design that manages the strategic aspects of implementing a new ERP system. This includes long term contracting, supplier development, alignment with corporate strategy and how to gain an overall competitive advantage utilizing the benefits of an intergrated and modern ERP system. Eaton Aerospace system superuser for all assigned function-specific business processes. Test functional-specific areas to ensure solution works properly prior to deployment. Create test cases for functional area and update as required based on test results and deployment feedback. Document Functional process(es) for training and work instructions. Train end-user groups. Coach plant resources in data cleansing and cutover tasks. Assist Global Process Owner in creating user roles based on process and plant organization structures. Position will coordinate with Compliance, Purchasing and Stockroom-Logistics workstreams to ensure all aspects of Supply Chain are encompassed in the system.

  • This role requires extensive traveling 50% or greater at times both USA domestically and internationally to meet the expectations of the Aerospace business. Candidate should have flexibility to travel for extended periods of time without any personal schedule constraints.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

• 10+ years of experience in government related procurement or contracting within a large/ complex Manufacturing environment.

• 5+ years Supply Chain experience utilizing ERP.

Applicant must currently reside within USA.

• Access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee. Sponsorship cannot be considered for this role.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or Marketing from an accredited institution.

• Experience with Warehouse management.

• SAP Super – User knowledge or experience.

• 2+ years' experience utilizing SAP S/4 HANA.

• Previous experience in Aerospace, Automotive or similar Sectors.

• Significant SAP-ERP User and/or configuration Knowledge.

• Experience collaborating closely with IT and business.

• APICS / CPIM Certified a plus.

• Self Driven / Strong Leadership skills.

• MRP and planning parameters knowledge.

• Demand and Capacity Planning experience.

• Effective communication.

• Inventory Management Knowledge.

• MRP and planning parameters knowledge /Software experience.

• Demand and Capacity Planning experience.

• Must be willing to travel 50% + domestically and internationally without constraints for extended periods of time.
