Our Electrical Division is looking for an Outside Sales Engineer - C&I. As an Outside Sales Engineer you will establish, protect and grow Eaton product & services business within specified accounts. As such be responsible and accountable for orders and revenue attainment goals within assigned accounts.

What you’ll do:

  • You will be accountable for and building your individual sales strategy & action plan for short- and long-term sales success in the territory, and executing that plan.

  • Provide weekly forecast reports to management and track progress toward KPIs.

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product and other support functions to develop and implement sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with customers, understanding their needs and requirements, providing them with value-based solutions and addressing any questions or concerns.

Keep up to date on industry trends and market conditions and adapt your sales strategies accordingly.

Capable to understand data, draw conclusions and make recommendations on how we should adapt based on what we are seeing.

Drive sales growth and ensure sales, profit and margin targets are achieved in line with overall business objectives.

Build and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and requirements and providing them with relevant product and product knowledge and addressing any questions or concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in a related field, ideally Electrical Engineering or equivalent

  • 2 or more years in a similar position in sales and or technical role in the industry

Skills:

  • Strong background in C&I

  • Commercial Savvy

  • Experience and knowledge in this industry and application in Iberia

  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish

  • Knowledge in Sales Force or other CRM applications, and SAP
