What you’ll do:

As a Manager Project Office you will lead the HERNIS Project Office responsible for managing all delivery projects from contract signing to handover of turn key systems, according to agreed scope, budget and schedule. The core team consists of resources for project engineering, design/cad engineering & document control. The extended team includes resources from sales, project & production planning, sourcing, production, and warehouse.

The role is the subject responsible for the project management discipline. This includes being responsible for establishing good processes and routines for managing the project team, as well as being responsible for procedures, work descriptions and document templates for the subject area.

  • Lead and develop the HERNIS Project office in line with the company’s vision and strategy.

  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining good processes and routines for managing the project team, as well as being responsible for procedures, work descriptions and document templates for the company's project management discipline.

  • Assist the Plant Manager in setting, communicating, and achieving goals and objectives for the site.

  • Plan and prioritize the use of team resources in order to meet customer's requirements and schedules, as well as maintaining high efficiency, productivity and profitability. Maintain and develop the toolkit required for resource planning

  • Contribute to prepare and execute the plant's strategy and roadmap.

  • Follow up and maintain a good relation with all customers. Is an escalation point for customer concerns.

Qualifications:

  • BSc of Engineering, specializing in electronics or other technical disciplines. Certification as Project Manager.

  • Minimum 7 years of project experience/management experience in the relevant field is required. Team Management Experience is preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong command of spoken and written English.

  • Good management and communication kills.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop, lead and motivate employees.
