What you’ll do:

  • Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols

  • Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures

  • Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system

  • Responsible for the complete materials flow: receiving, put away, feeding the lines (picking/kanban, finished goods, confirmation, shipping

  • Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts inspecting equipment

  • Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions

  • Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results

  • Monitors the daily KPIs; analyzes and implements corrective actions

  • Supports the automation process and coordinating the annual inventory

  • Warehouse staff activities of recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees

  • Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

  • Implement cost reduction principle in all aspects of warehouse transactions and activities

  • Responsible for the execution, direction, and coordination of all transportation matters

  • Responsible for all logistics operations and support across all distribution channels

  • Audits the daily labor and billing reports

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Economics or Technical Sciences

  • 3-5 years relevant experience in warehouse management activities

Skills:

  • Good command of English language - both spoken and written

  • Leadership and negotiation skills

  • Practical and self-driven

  • Excellent knowledge of SAP - Materials Management Modules
