Eaton Corporation Maintenance Supervisor (CNC -Machining- Grinding) in Aguascalientes, Mexico

Eaton’s IS VEH VGNA division is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor (CNC -Machining- Grinding).

What you’ll do:

Primary Function:

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for managing labor/capacity to safely & efficiently develop and execute Maintenance Plans for all production equipment/facilities and lead key maintenance processes/initiatives and people to ensure that Production.

Essential Functions:

• Develops and implements comprehensive maintenance plans to minimize downtime.

• Supervise shop floor employees to ensure maintenance work orders receive correct priorities, to maximize service levels.

• Lead the development of maintenance skill set needs considering short term and long-term site objectives.

• Adhere to ISO 14001 policies and procedures.

• Have familiarity with the Emergency Response Plan

• Develop and deploy the TPM Strategy

• Assure environmental, health and safety requirements and regulations are satisfied when all maintenance projects are implemented.

• Motivate and coach employees to maintain high levels of satisfaction, productivity, and quality through effectively utilizing available rewards and recognition.

• Define key spare parts and quantities needs based on equipment type and conditions

Qualifications:

Basic qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering from an accredited institution

• English: conversational advanced

• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills

• Strong organizational, conflict resolution, & problem-solving skills

• Strong knowledge in maintaining: CNC, Machining & Grinding

• Oracle Knowledge

Preferred:

• Down time control availability, MTTR, MTBF.

• Budgets control.

• Spare Parts Control (Warehouse).

• Preventive according to the plan (90%).
