We are looking for Heavy Industrial Segment Manager for the Middle East region , who will act as the Organizational Manager responsible for meeting the goals and objectives for the designated segment, Working closely with existing channels, developing new channels and helping promote Eaton brand name across different segments.
What you’ll do:
The primary function is to Drive the Electrical Business in the Heavy industrial Segment, to manage a sales team in the given geographic region, and thereby sustain sales growth for Eaton, up holding business ethics and Eaton policies in addition to achieving sales growth plans for the Electrcial products for the entire Middle East.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop Eaton’s presence for within the Utilities, Industrial and other market segment in the KSA , Qatar, Kuwait, Oman & UAE countries.
Qualify and add Eaton products to AVL’s in these specialized segments.
Lead the Eaton Electrical Sector EMEA sales strategy in the Middle East and success in line with the Playing to Win strategies defined with the BU and Segment leader
Set of key accounts and strategic partners and developing large projects in the utilities segment.
Responsible for building the pipeline and closing revenue according to regional growth plans.
Deliver segment value proposition messages.
Lead and be responsible for making sure that the business has the certifications and vendor approval process in place with all the key customers in the target territories
Account selection: In agreement with countries and segment account organization, identify and target specific accounts. Clearly define the account strategy and penetration plan and properly resourced.
Spec-in capabilities: Build and develop strong relations with local and central application engineers that can get Eaton’s offers specified. Target and select the key specifiers and consultants .
Target segment and develop and support the execution of an effective plan for getting Eaton specified for major electrical projects.
Large international projects: Lead the creation and execution of the opportunity plan and coordinate closely all Eaton involved parties to maximize our chances of success and margin.
Demonstrate tenacity in meeting customer's requirements together with an ability to influence both internally and externally to deliver an excellent service. Responsible for creating strategical relationships for the ongoing projects
Manage the utility, infra sales, mid to large turnkey projects, within the target countries and/or for international key accounts.
Follow up and ensure participating in Utilities and governmental tenders for the product portfolio.
Qualifications:
Advanced degree in a related field (ideally Electrical Engineering) or equivalent experience
15+ years of Sales experience in the Middle East market
Ideally between 10-15 years combining sales, R&D, program management, marketing and business development
Skills:
A strong background in the Utilities market segment, or energy management
Strong commercial experience in a relevant sector or vertical
Experience or knowledge in industry/application of assigned key account preferred
Previous major account selling experience required Must be an excellent team player
Good organization, communication and project management skills
Initiative and self-management skills

Customer centric with demonstrated ability in building good relations with key End Users and partners
